Dinter Nursery is located in the beautiful Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. The nursery is a 45 minute drive north of Victoria and 5 km south of Duncan just off the Island Highway.

Now is the time to visit our Nursery! The nursery is in full bloom! We have vegetable starters, seeds, annuals, trees, shrubs, rhododendrons, water plants, fish, colourful pots, gardening hardware and giftware. We have a great selection of hanging baskets - both for sun and shady areas of your home made by our own greenhouse staff. Flowers to make your own hanging baskets are also available.

We offer well qualified and knowledgeable staff to help you make your gardening selections.

Della our Greenhouse Manager, has provided information on Starting Seeds found under the Della's Tips tab on the left. Della has also provided the list of unusual and interesting Tomatoes for 2012 that we are growing in our own greenhouses this spring - click on the Greenhouse tab on the left.

Our gift certificates are a very popular gift for any occasion. We can mail gift certificates or hold them for pick-up at the store. To order a gift certificate, phone us at 250 748-2023 during business hours with credit card information and we can immediately issue the gift certificate. We are a family owned business celebrating 39 years of supplying Cowichan Valley gardeners. In our 8 acre property we offer an outstanding selection of plants, trees, shrubs, seeds, tools, ornaments, water plants, pond supplies, concrete planters, lanterns, birdbaths, and garden products.
